Terms and Conditions for Australian Celebrants Listings

A. This agreement applies to the publishing of data supplied by celebrants or their agents on Australian Celebrants or any other site nominated by Australian Celebrants.

B. By supplying material you agree that you are an be an authorised celebrant (appointed by the Attorney General of Australia) and you will inform Australian Celebrants if for any reason you appointment is revoked or you are unable to meet your obligations under the marriage act. Fees already paid to Australian Celebrants will be forfeited if during the listing period you are no longer able to act as an authorised marriage celebrant.

C. Celebrants agree to supply material in the format requested, be honest and open when describing themselves and their services, own material such as images and words supplied and not use others images or words thereby infringing copyright. Material supplied to Australian Celebrants is assigned to Australian Celebrants.

D. Australian Celebrants reserves the right not to accept any listing supplied without stating a reason.  By making a submission to Australian Celebrants you agree that Australian Celebrants is not liable for any errors, omissions or failures to publish material about you. You also agree that Australian Celebrants can remove and or adjust without notice any or all information about you and your services.

E. Celebrants assign to Australian Celebrants all copyright and other intellectual property rights in relation any and all material supplied.

F Australian Celebrants is indemnified by celebrants against any action or claim arising from a breach of this agreement by the celebrant.  Celebrants agree to pay any costs incurred by Australian Celebrants to defend any claim made a celebrant against Australian Celebrants.

G. Australian Celebrants reserves the right to modify terms and conditions without notice.
